I have a communication from Carrie from some time ago that gives the following information:
Balthazar - Naturalized on April 19, 1923 (did not include Barb and Sig - they were overage)
- Naturalization Certificate 1971987, District Court, County of Ramsey, Devil's Lake
They migrated from Siban Russia on the vessel Victoria - October 15, 1907
Arrived in Canada, then by rail (Canadian Pacific) to Winnipeg on November 5, 1907
Entered the US through Necha, ND and then to Devil's Lake
Balthazar was born in Elias, Russia on October 10, 1874
There are relatives all through the area of Necha and Winnipeg.
